Ever since moving to Utah from Southern California I've been looking for good mexican food. Hopefully one of the restaurants you mentioned can end my search! I've gone to Red Iguana, but never heard of the others. I'm looking forward to giving them a try. As for Red Iguana, I recommend the Enchiladas Amarillas but be warned it is very spicy.
I love Mexican food! Although I know all three restaurants you have listed on the website, it is very good to know their history and stuff. Also, I like the background you have. It goes very well with your theme! Nice job!
